Message from ASCNet
Applied has requested Chapters wanting to add Epic demonstrations take a heightened approach to monitoring attendance of non user agency members (e.g., 3rd party vendors, consultants). For those of you who attended TENCon in Anaheim, you know how careful Applied has been in limiting non-user agency member access to Epic. Applied is asking our Chapters to maintain a heightened level of security by limiting access to ASCnet and/or agency user members only. You will simply make sure that any vendors and/or consultants who are scheduled for your Chapter meeting either arrive after the Epic program is presented or leave prior to your Epic program. At this time, no exceptions to this rules are being permitted.
